Returns  

You have the right to return your order for any item purchased on a fixed priced sale for a full refund within seven days after receipt. However, you must take reasonable care of the item/s. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address. To cancel your order you must advise us by email. All parcels are sent back at your own risk. We would advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.

PLEASE NOTE: We will only accept the return of item/s if sent back in original unused condition. This includes any items that smell of smoke and items returned in un-suitable packaging.

Pricing & Payment

All prices include VAT at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges. No item will be despatched until full payment has been received and cleared by the bank. For this reason credit card payment is preferred. We also accept payment via cheque or postal order.  All cheques will be given 7 days to clear.

Miscellaneous

All our artificial flower arrangements are hand made and brand new. Picture is for illustration only as all arrangements are hand made to order so picture may be slightly different to finished product.

When you order from our website all payments are processed by HSBC.
